The CH554G MCU is an advanced 8-bit USB microcontroller offering enhanced features and performance. Compatible with the MCS51 instruction set, it boasts a significant improvement in instruction speed, with 79% of instructions being single-byte single-cycle instructions. On average, it operates 8 to 15 times faster than the standard MCS51.
The CH554 G supports up to a 24MHz system clock frequency and is equipped with 16KB of program memory ROM, 256 bytes of internal iRAM, and 1KB of internal XRAM. The XRAM supports direct memory access (DMA), enhancing data transfer efficiency.
Featuring a comprehensive set of peripherals, the CH554G includes a built-in analog-to-digital converter (ADC), capacitive touch key detection, three sets of timers, signal capture, PWM, 2 UARTs, and SPI modules. This enables versatile functionality for various applications.
Notably, the CH554G supports both USB-Host mode and USB-Device mode, providing flexibility for USB connectivity in your projects. With its rich feature set and enhanced performance, the CH554G is ideal for applications requiring USB connectivity and advanced microcontroller capabilities.
