At TechTOnions Electronics, we specialize in embedded systems, IoT solutions, and custom electronics development. Our team works on cutting-edge projects including PCB design, IoT automation, and electronics manufacturing. We are now expanding our production team and looking for a dedicated individual to take charge of Soldering, Testing, and Production activities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee PCB soldering and assembly (through-hole & SMD).
- Conduct testing & quality checks for finished electronics boards.
- Supervise production workflow to ensure timely output.
- Train and guide junior technicians in soldering and testing processes.
- Maintain proper documentation, test reports, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with the design and R&D team for troubleshooting and improvements.
✅ Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. (Electronics, Electrical, or related field).
- Strong hands-on soldering skills (through-hole and SMD preferred).
- Knowledge of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and testing equipment.
- Understanding of electronics circuits and components.
- Ability to handle production schedules and quality standards.
- 1–3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing/production is preferred (freshers with strong skills are also welcome).
